Heterogeneous Balance

Heterogeneous Balance explores the unstable coexistence of multiple emotional and symbolic states within the human body. The central figure becomes a porous psychological space where fragmented narratives, animal forms, and symbolic actions merge into a shifting internal landscape.

Fish, hybrid creatures, and miniature human presences function as carriers of instinct, memory, desire, and vulnerability, suggesting the continuous negotiation between personal identity and external influence. The body appears simultaneously exposed and transformative, suspended between control and dissolution.

Through distorted figuration, asymmetrical composition, and strong chromatic contrasts, the work develops a visual language that combines expressionist intensity with elements of narrative surrealism. The painting reflects on human relationships as unstable structures shaped by emotional exchange, pressure, dependency, and perpetual transformation.
