Concrete Vortex

This painting reflects my experience of a 32-year journey between home and workplace, during which I witnessed rapid urbanization and the gradual disappearance of natural landscapes. Through layered structures, fragmented forms, and dense networks of lines, the work captures the transformation of everyday surroundings under the pressure of modern development. The incorporation of QR codes and barcode-like elements symbolizes how deeply modern technology has become integrated into our daily existence. The painting expresses the complex relationship between urban growth, technology, and human life, where nature slowly recedes while digital systems increasingly shape our identity and experience.
