Attention! I’m in full flow now

At last, it clicked into place,
That attitude bursting with drama.
My stance got laughs.
But with what results? Pose so beautiful!

Too bad the room is empty
No fragrant of rose at the stage.
The silence is heavy, no applause at all
A music box tune would make so much more.

That’s it for today — I’ll grab a cold drink,
A refreshing reward for the effort, I think.
