Waiting for the Bus reflects a familiar moment of pause ,a space between movement and stillness. The painting captures the quiet emotional atmosphere of waiting, where ordinary situations can become reflective and slightly surreal. Through simplified forms and subtle tension within the composition, I am interested in how everyday experiences can hold feelings of uncertainty, expectation, or isolation. Like much of my work, the painting leaves space for viewers to connect their own memories and emotions to the scene.
