Meditation

Meditation" depicts a golden synthetic plaster brain on a glassless framed panel, centered on a dark canvas dotted with gold fragments. The artwork represents a possible culmination of a transformative journey: after an initial phase of raw, angry conflict, the mind achieves a state of stillness. Through a true alchemical process, meditation transmutes past suffering and inner turmoil into gold, turning chaos into pure knowledge and awareness.

The work stems from the solo exhibition "Enjoy My Brain" (January 2026), a project exploring the contemporary perception of people seen not as human beings, but as brains operating within an imposed social laboratory. While in this artwork the brain is caught in its enlightened golden transformation, it emerges from the entire exhibition that the devastated mind searches for liberation to escape standardization, through self-investigation and a vertical dialogue with the Sky, reclaiming an authentic identity.
