Being a pArt is an artistic principle that describes the moment when the boundary between artwork and human being begins to blur. The works do emerge through participation and relationship. This installation pushes that idea to its extreme: in isolation, it does not exist.
A white envelope hangs open in the space, suspended by two transparent nylon threads. Visitors can place a personal offer inside. The work originated from a simple question: What remains possible when financial resources are limited? It explores the tension between self-worth and money. Visitors do not trade in money. Instead other forms of value come into play.
(The work is for rent. Price: A trade for joy.)
