Enter the cosmic void

This 3D projection is an animated adaptation of the final section of H.P. Lovecraft's 1920 short story "Nyarlathotep."
Nyarlathotep is a mysterious man with the appearance of an Egyptian pharaoh who appears on Earth at a time of heightened political and social tension. This man of ambiguous charm attracts visitors to his magic shows and, within them, through electrical discharges disguised as electromagnetic displays, hypnotizes the crowd and leads them to a portal to another dimension. Once through the portal, here, in this spatial graveyard, the story's protagonist and the other souls wander and become slaves to Nyarlathotep, who reveals his true form: a titanic-sized cosmic monster with a tentacle-like face.
