This biomorphic ceramic sculpture is a compelling study of tactical contrasts, visual rhythm, and organic fluid forms. The deep plum-purple hue, in combination with warm ochre and orange tones, evokes associations with the veins of a living organism. The combination of matte engobe and glossy glaze creates an incredible dynamism: light glides across the glossy sections, accentuating the curves of the biomorphic form, andquiets down upon the deep matte surfaces.
This interplay between matte and glossy textures, combined with the rhythmic relief of small textured nodules around the rims, invites a deeply contemplative and multi-sensory experience, blurring the line between a ceramic vessel and a living, breathing entity.

Materials and Technique:
Нand-sculpting technique, chamotte, engobes, glazes.
The surface is hand-painted using a sophisticated layering technique. Deep, non-reflective matte engobes provide a grounded, skin-like texture, while strategic gloss glazes seal the inner depths and highlight major surface currents, creating a vibrant tactile tension across the entire object.
