Flowers of sorrow

The painting “Flowers of Sorrow” explores sadness as a quiet yet all-pervading state that grows from within, like a plant.

At the center of the composition is a bouquet of flowers and branches gathered not in a vase, but in memory or in an emotional experience. They stretch in different directions, intertwine, and bend, as if trying to hold themselves in space or, on the contrary, break free from it.

The white leaves and small blossoms resemble dried plants - traces of something that has already passed but has not disappeared. The bouquet becomes a kind of memory, where each form is a residue of a feeling.
