The End of The Game is a pure encaustic painting on OSB panel. Built with layers of molten wax, the work reflects on power, defeat and the aftermath of political domination. The fallen white king, overshadowed by the standing black king, and the empty chair create a tense symbolic space in which victory appears inseparable from loss, exhaustion, and silence.
