Year2024

This artwork presents a contemporary interpretation of tribal tattoo aesthetics through a chrome-inspired visual language. Created in Chicago, USA, in 2024, the piece combines organic tribal flow with metallic texture, transforming the body into a reflective, futuristic surface. The design balances aggression and elegance through sharp movement, symmetry, and fluidity, challenging traditional perceptions of tattoo art.
Inspired by the evolution of body art from ancient symbolism to modern visual culture, this work highlights tattooing as a contemporary art form capable of existing beyond skin and within gallery spaces.
The tattoo was presented at the Rosemont Tattoo Arts Festival, where it received an award in the Tribal category for its technical execution and original artistic direction.
