Dense Curvature

DENSE CURVATURE K = 1∕R — part of the series Golden ∫kin, which investigates the integration of mathematical notation and bodily sensitivity as a unified mode of visual thinking. In the series, LaTeX functions as a structuring element of composition, in which formulaic structures act as visual operators of tension, accumulation, and transition within the visual field. The integral sign (∫) serves as a marker of continuity, linking abstract logic and sensory experience in a unified perceptual process.

In the exhibition context, the image is translated into textile form. Silk forms a responsive surface that responds to its environment while maintaining a balance between stability and transformation.

The scarf is fixed at four points by a wall-mounted tension system, transforming the fabric into an architectural plane.
