A flower seller and his dog observing life around

To me the main character on this painting is not in the center, instead he is just an observer while the whole life events are happening around.
This is why the title is:
‘A flower seller and his dog are observing life’

I really wanted the viewers of this painting to spend some time in front of this artwork looking and digging into details! Also I would like viewers to think and reflect!
