Amenokaku

I paint what I cannot stop seeing.
Amenokaku appeared while I was following a form — playing, observing, letting the painting go wherever it wanted. Something emerged that I hadn't planned. Luminous. Moving. Like a jellyfish passing through a landscape. Like a window into a world that runs parallel to this one.
I don't control where my paintings go. I follow them.
I still don't know exactly what this one is.
I haven't stopped looking.
