One Piece, two parts, the figure is in marble most likely Carrara sourced from a defunct monumental masons yard in Auckland NZ many years ago and the Base is an exterior shard from a Basalt boulder here in the cook islands carved and polished but leaving the natural surface on top.
the figure recesses into the basalt, so they can be separated for transport. a little more work to do in this regard.
