Blue Dream. Red or Blue.

"Blue Dream" is part of a diptych called "Red or Blue". The idea incorporated in these series of paintings is the exploration of the alchemy of selection which takes place in our brain. We choose emotionally in spite of the numeric parameters (in the particular painting 160 horse powers, like in the iconic Porsche 901 from 1963). And this emotional side of our perception is probably the last stand of humanity. We choose cars, football teams, political orders and at some point we skip to notice that the only difference is the color. Is the sky in the West Bluer? Is the passion of the East more Red? Same people, same perplexed look in the eyes, same domestic dreams.
