In the solitude of the night, the small church of Sant’Efisio emerges as a gathered and iconic presence. A central place of civic devotion, it does not appear here in the dimension of celebration, ritual or collective passage, but in a deeper stillness. The small square in front of the church is emptied of the people who cross and fill it every day. In the silence, the place of worship seems to reclaim its space, revealing itself not as a simple monument, but as a living presence of memory, devotion and waiting.
