Entity V is part of an ongoing series of ceramic sculptures that explores processes of growth, transformation and the relationship between organic structures and abstraction. Created in glazed clay, the work draws inspiration from natural systems, biological formations and geological processes while avoiding direct representation. Instead, it occupies an ambiguous space between recognition and imagination.

The sculpture is composed of clustered openings, interconnected volumes and layered surfaces that suggest continuous development and adaptation. Its form appears as if it has emerged through its own internal logic, evoking associations with living organisms, cellular structures, coral formations or unknown life forms. At the same time, it resists any fixed interpretation, encouraging viewers to develop their own readings and associations.

Central to my practice is an interest in forms that exist between order and unpredictability, growth and decay, familiarity and otherness. Through the materiality of clay and the transformative process of firing and glazing, I create objects that appear both ancient and evolving, as if they belong to a speculative ecosystem.

Rather than illustrating a specific narrative, Entity V functions as an autonomous presence. It invites contemplation of the complex structures that shape the natural world and reflects my ongoing exploration of how abstract ceramic forms can embody ideas of transformation, resilience and continual change.
