Installation: Upcycled Wheel – Spirals of Industry

This 3D Art Object explores the concept of industrialization. The Eifel Tower was a huge symbol of industrialization. Now it’s an iconic touristic landmark. Visitors flock to it from all parts of the world. This fact is illustrated through the two figures which are painted in different colours.
The spiral denotes that we can ascend or descend or scale our consumerism up or down. The choice depends on the individuals. This is also a statement about how travelling by millions of can add to the air pollution.
Connection to Luxembourg: Paris isn’t that far from Luxembourg, and since this is about consumerism, it concerns Luxembourg too, as this country is high on the list of consumerism (even if that could be because of people coming in from across the three borders to buy petrol, cigarettes, and alcohol here).
Note: this is a mock-up. I might need more space than specified here, and I could add more elements to this 3D Art Object.
It needs to be placed on a small dining table, on one side of the Recycled Wheel. and the 3D Art Object Spiraling Clock can be placed on a small plinth or dining table on the other side of Recycled Wheel.
Materials needed: A (small dining) table on which to place this 3D Art Object.
