Leopards Never Lose Their Spots

Part of my 'Marvels' series, 'Leopards Never Lose Their Spots' explores a world where nature slowly reclaims the forgotten monuments of humanity. As mankind retreats and silence fills abandoned spaces, new inhabitants emerge among the ruins, transforming places once left behind into thriving sanctuaries of life.

The work combines animal photography, abandoned architecture photography (by Yoerie Custers), over 300 photographic layers, hand-painted details, and digital brushwork created using a Wacom Cintiq Pro tablet, inspired by the techniques and atmosphere of classical painting, creating a timeless world where the boundaries between civilization and wilderness slowly dissolve.
