Look at Yourself in the Mirror

In quest’opera, Roberta Conte esplora il confine tra percezione e identità.
Attraverso l’assemblaggio di elementi eterogenei, lo specchio diventa non solo superficie riflettente, ma portale verso una dimensione ambigua: spazio di consapevolezza interiore o illusione di un altro parallelo.
L’osservatore è chiamato a interrogarsi sul proprio riflesso, diventando parte attiva e imprescindibile dell’opera stessa.

In this work, Roberta Conte explores the boundary between perception and identity.
Through the assemblage of heterogeneous elements, the mirror becomes not only a reflective surface, but a portal to an ambiguous dimension: space of inner awareness or illusion ofanother parallel.
The observer is calledto question his own reflection, becoming an active and indispensable part of the work it self.
