Man in contemplation

A young man sitting still in a state of deep reflection. Being in contemplation should highlight a deep, reflective thought — moving beyond casual thinking into intentional preparation. I started this artwork years ago but finished only recently. I have felt that the work was unfinished and me being in a long reflection process within the work. During the late process, I felt a strong sense of recognition, conscious preparation, and a sense of completion with the artwork. The artwork intends to entertain as well as give thougths and raise awareness of ourselves and our surroundings. I suppose every artwork seeks for some kind of truth or a concept. And truth is often surprisingly simpler than expected.
