My Beloved Sister

The artwork depicts my sister and simplicity of love for life. Although it is a portrait, I did not aim at realistic representation.
The forms are simplified into expressive shapes and marks, and my goal for the painting composition was driven by emotion, movement, and instinct rather than perspective or traditional structure.
