Poorna-The Complete Woman: Cosmic

A rendering of the ancient composite form of Shiva and Shakti, this work expands to the cosmic principle: duality is not division but wholeness. The blue of Shiva’s consciousness meets the gold of Shakti’s kinetic energy, asserting that the feminine is not “the other half" but integral to the Whole. She embodies the dynamic power without which even divine masculinity is inert. This is the universal scale of Poorna—The Complete Woman: Cosmic, as the integral energy of creation itself. (Poorna, Sanskrit for “whole”). Though entered separately, my two works under the "Poorna—The Complete Woman" theme celebrate multiplicity and balance—from the neural network of a woman’s daily mind to the cosmic dance of existence.
