The Silent Traveler depicts a figure on a symbolic journey through a space of memories and experiences. By layering paper, relief materials and acrylic, I have created a distinct textural surface where fragility, movement and inner strength intertwine. The work invites the viewer to reflect on the personal paths, burdens and hopes we carry through life.
The work raises questions about travel, internal transformation and a person's connection to recent experiences. Despite the apparent loneliness, the figure does not seem lost, but rather collected and directed forward, as if carrying its story through space and time.
