This abstract piece consists of varying materials such as oil paint, charcoal, and oil pastels. Belonging to my "Self Realisation" series, this piece of work covers the Soul's journey to finding oneself through the chaos and confusion of its dormancy to the tranquillity and brightness of its awakening, with Soul Sleep being the start of that journey. The stage where we are consumed by the externalities of this world, which only serve to distract us from our true selves.
