STOLYARSKY Lyceum is one in the series of pictures united by the title Fragile Beauty under Threat, Odesa 2026. The idea has came to picture Odesa sites that are currently under threat of being destroyed by missiles and drones in an attempt to preserve them for the eternity. Each of the depicted sites experienced a hit nearby. A missile hit a building on the left of the Sabaneev Bridge on 23 July 2023.The Trasfiguration Cathedral was also hit on that day..The Bristol Hotel accross the Odesa Philarmonics was hit by a missile on 31 January 2025. The pictures are an attempt of art to prevent further hits and save the fragile beauty of Odesa, Ukraine for further generations. A parent and a child with a violin walking over the bridge symbolize hope for the future without war.
