The Heart of the Earth – Limited Edition (4/8) is part of the homonymous sculptural collection by Cesare Catania, a project centered on universal archetypes expressed through geometry, matter and human gesture. The sphere functions as a recurring archetype of memory and unity, while the fragmented planes reflect contemporary complexity.
The collection develops as a multidisciplinary project including sculpture, digital art and cinema. In 2025–2026, The Heart of the Earth follows a curated exhibition route across Tuscany, involving the Museum of Fortezza Nuova in Livorno, Parco della Versiliana in Pietrasanta, the Isola d’Elba waterfront, and the Florence Biennale.
