The Last Sun, 2-1

A luminous and sensuous abstract painting where translucent layers of turquoise, blue, and warm sandy tones flow into one another. The deep blue fields at the bottom create weight and intensity, while the airy, dissolved surfaces open the work toward stillness, movement, and impermanence.

This work is part of a two-piece series, conceived in dialogue with a companion painting. While each piece stands independently, together they form a larger visual and emotional conversation — a movement between lightness and depth, stillness and transformation. The works may be acquired individually or as a pair.
