The Woman of Essaouira is my beloved photography that I made in the year of 2018 when me and my partner visited Morocco. We went to Essaouira where on the town's famous fortress, there stood this woman with her beautiful blue ornamentic dress, looking out at the sea, under sunny blue sky, when leaning slightly at this fortress's line, surrounded by sandstone walls, bringing her desert magic to the sea coast ... That was the moment I wanted to immortalize with this very photo. And I believe I did it. I could very much imagine it as a front page of National Geographic. Oh, I would love that! Wouldn't you, too?
