I am a 45 year old woman, who was born in Austria, but live since a while in the Republic of Ireland. My first pencil and colours I had with 2,5 years old and from this time on, I was drawing and painting a lot. I am self taught in drawing and painting, but have also a Bachelor of Arts, due to a BA (hons) in digital Film production. Today I write, paint, take photographs (I am at a photography society since 2018) and paint. My parents asked me to work in a "normal job", but I was getting more and more unhappy with that. I always did my art next to it and in 2020/21 I took the opportunity to jump into the cold water of self-employment. Well, I am still a bit struggling, but I don't want to give it up. I paint, like my mood is, which can be (old fashion) or abstract and geometrical. Like no one can put me (or my personality) in a kind of drawer, you can also not pin my art to a specific genre. Because I do so many things, that is, why on my website there are also some photographs and my instagram is in a private mode, because I share different things there.
