Anna Emmanuel is a Greek educator, researcher, and multidisciplinary artist born on December 11, 2002, in Volos, Greece. Her work bridges special education, inclusive research, and artistic expression, with a particular focus on accessibility for individuals with sensory disabilities.
She holds a degree in Special Education from the University of Thessaly, graduating with excellent performance, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Educational Sciences with a specialization in Special Education and Inclusion. In parallel, she is further developing her interdisciplinary profile through studies in expressive arts therapy and art therapy for children with special needs, combining education, psychology, and creativity.
Professionally, Anna works as a Personal Assistant at Emmanouil SA, where she is responsible for organizing documentation, managing communication, coordinating schedules, and supporting project implementation. Her role demonstrates strong organizational skills, discretion, and efficiency in handling both administrative and operational tasks. At the same time, she is a Research Assistant at the University of Thessaly, contributing to innovative projects that convert artworks and literary materials into accessible formats for individuals with visual impairments. 
She is also an active member of the Scientific Laboratory “Access to Formal and Non-Formal Education for People with Sensory Disabilities,” where she has co-authored research publications and contributed to inclusive educational and museum-based initiatives. Her academic work focuses on tactile perception, multisensory learning, and the development of accessible educational materials using both traditional and digital tools.
Anna has gained practical teaching experience through placements in special education schools, where she designed individualized educational programs, adapted teaching materials, and supported students with diverse cognitive and emotional needs. Her skill set includes empathy, adaptability, critical thinking, and strong communication abilities.
Alongside her academic and professional career, Anna is an accomplished writer and artist. She has published the poetry collection Esti Idoni, which received first prize at an international poetry competition, as well as the novel Shifting the Dream. Her artistic expression extends to visual arts, where she has built a growing international presence through exhibitions. Anna Emmanuel has exhibited her paintings in digital international galleries across Europe:
• In Paris (2025), her work “Picasso” was presented in a digital exhibition connected to the Louvre Museum with the support of ArtBoxy Basel.
• In Basel, Switzerland (2025), she participated in the “Greece” exhibition at Art Basel, hosted in the Vasileia railway station.
• In Milan (2026), her artwork “Picasso” was displayed at Milan’s Universal Airport through NoiViArte and SteemBloom.
• In Barcelona (2026), she presented the piece “Theatre” at the Can Framis Museum with ArtBoxy.
