An art educator for many years, Bill's final job was teaching art to Japanese students in Switzerland. Retirement in 2016 brought the luxury of painting every day, and the realisation that he is never happier than sitting in front of an easel, paintbrush in hand. The painting entered is one of a series of canvasses with observations (often tongue in cheek) of life in the 21st century.......
