Claudia V. is an artist and illustrator from São Paulo, Brazil, who has always felt that visual art is her truest form of expression. She holds degrees in Architecture and Urban Design, along with a Master’s in Creativity and Arts in Social and Health Fields. For over 15 years, Claudia worked as an architect and interior designer. Only after moving to Finland did she find her way back to painting. In 2016, following eight years spent in Brazil, a commission to illustrate became a pivotal moment—one that inspired her to fully embrace art over architecture. Now living in Finland with her family, Claudia’s work has shifted toward a more abstract and intuitive style. Nature remains a constant influence, while her expressive lines and marks reflect freedom and a break from more traditional, restrained methods.
