Italy, 1989
Originally from Vibo Valentia, Fresca grew up in an environment shaped by tradition and visual
culture, between sacred iconography and an early curiosity for art history. After moving to Rome, he
deepened these interests during his studies in Literature, where he approached the work of Enrico
Castellani and Informal Art, consolidating a practice centered on the material dimension, gesture and, above all, process.
