Jahna M. Delos Santos is an emerging artist specializing in oil paint, acrylic, and mixed media, with a focus on reflecting Filipino culture and community through her work. Her artistic philosophy is rooted in showcasing the beauty in both the flawless and imperfect aspects of life to resonate with viewers. Currently a 4th-year BS architecture student, Jahna's passion for painting began at age four with crayons on the wall and watercolor sets gifted by her parents. Since high school, she has been joining interschool poster-making competitions and accepting painting commissions and has already sold more than 10 paintings. Her artistic journey includes participating in renowned competitions such as the Shell NSAC 58th Competition, Faith Colleges National Competition, and Metrobank Competition. Recently, she debuted her first sold painting at the Sining Filipina 2026 National Competition, earning a semi-finalist spot and exhibiting at SM Podium, sponsored by Zonta Environ Makati, BDO, and SM Supermalls. Actively involved in exhibitions and competitions, Jahna aims to showcase her work internationally, particularly at events like the Biennale. While she currently does not have a studio, she plans to establish one in the future, alongside an architectural firm.
