Kevin was born in 1962 in Washington, DC and spent his early life in Columbia,
Maryland. After graduating from the University of Baltimore in 1985,
Kevin worked in graphic design and technical art. He moved to North Carolina
in 1991, where he was a pre-press technician and Art Director at a
Durham printing company. As a self-taught commercial illustrator, Kevin
created art for NASL’s Washington Diplomats, wrestler Macho Man Randy
Savage, Major League Baseball Hall of Fame player Eddie Murray, the
Durham Bulls and the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes. As a painter, he has participated
in solo and group shows since 2005. In 2025, Kevin’s painting “The
Phallacies” was juried into the London Art Biennale, along with 330 other
artists from 70 nations.
Kevin lives in Raleigh with his wife Nanette and their Polish Lowland Sheepdog
Lenny.
