Lynn Blann is an expressionist artist using abstracted forms to draw attention to the challenges that face us and our environment today. In her early years, art school aspirations gave way for a professional career in music, and she became immersed in an artistic culture just discovering the power of its antipodean roots. New Zealand in the 1960's was in mid century transition, innovative and aspirational ,inspiring artists, muscians, writers and poets to become politically and culturally active.. it is Lynn's close connection to this culture that has inpsired her to use her art and music as a voice for change. Her current body of work is called"This Burning Earth"
