Each one of "Binchotan" has a unique shape and possesses various functions beyond combustion, including purification. I use this "Binchotan" to create charcoal-art that soothes the soul. This time, at the Chianciano Biennale 2026, I would like to present to the world Japanese charcoal-art, which weaves together the serene beauty and organic beauty of form inherent in "Binchotan".
