Additional Artwork Images: Artwork Description: This artwork is a digital manipulation of a propaganda drawing of Slovene ilustrator from 1944 in grey and the actual Laibach artistic style of K-pop (“L-pop”) colours. The face of a soldier from the army of WW2 Slovene collaborators with Nazi Germany (the s.c. “domobranci”), who were fighting their anticomunist…
Additional Artwork Images: Artwork Description: I’ve found an interesting drawing of a nude artist in this fine-de-siècle or secession style (Jugendstil) on Facebook, and I’m not sure who made it, either it was a living artist or AI. Nevertheless, I used it as the base for my artwork, performed by my digital manipulations, changing it’s…
Additional Artwork Images: Artwork Description: I love the novel of Mikhail Bulgakov “Master and Margarita” very much. It fascinated me already when I was a late teenager. And I love Laibach a lot since I was 14. Thus it was logical to me to finally use the two in making this very artwork as the…
Additional Artwork Images: Artwork Description: The reference to this picture is the cover of Laibach’s LP Sympathy for the Devil (their versions of Rolling Stones’ hit from the 60ies) where the central figural composition is a Nazi Kunst drawing of a happy German arian family. While here it’s a similar drawing, yet from the Amazon…
Additional Artwork Images: Artwork Description: Palestine-Israel, it’s time for repentance now – for all the violence, war atrocities, massacres, terror and genocide. – Laibach made a beautiful song Yom Kippur, where you can also hear a chorus of young Palestinians singing they don’t want this world anymore … And on this occasion I made this…
Additional Artwork Images: Artwork Description: I made this picture with digital modification of the Laibach group photo which they used to promote the new upcoming album Musick. I isolated the frontman – singer M. Fras, emphasising the environment from almost black at the bottom, through dark blue on the middle, to glowing pink on the…
Additional Artwork Images: Artwork Description: This picture is made of my own photo of the puppet figure of the Water Man, made by my sister Arijana Gadžijev, and the digital modification of the photo with the connection to Laibach’s music for the movie The Coming Race – using the crosses and the heart. I love…
Additional Artwork Images: Artwork Description: This is another picture from my collection of digital artworks from the project “Playing with Laibach”. The stag is one of many whose photographs are available on the internet platform Pinterest. But here I transformed him in total gray, black and white combination of colours, and covered his body with…
Additional Artwork Images: Artwork Description: This is another picture from my collection of digital artwork “Playing with Laibach”. Its base was the reproduction of not much known painting by A. H. when he was still a very young artist. Later he became the most vicious dictator of all times – the history might be different…
Additional Artwork Images: Artwork Description: This picture is another one from the collection of my digital artwork, made for my project “Playing with Laibach”. The original stag picrure is, as many others of the project, taken from numerous collections of the stag photos, avaliable on the internet platform Pinterest. It’s then modified in colours and…
