Blue Confluence: Skies continues exploration of blue as a space of perception, introspection, and emotional immersion. Emerging as a hybrid between her earlier Ultramarine and Indigo series, the work merges the atmospheric openness of Ultramarine with the layered, intuitive materiality of Indigo. Rather than depicting the sky as a literal motif, the painting evokes it as a psychological and perceptual state. Fluid transitions, fragmented dark forms, and luminous passages create a tension between landscape, atmosphere, and abstraction. The composition moves between density and transparency, presence and dissolution, inviting the viewer into an open field of contemplation. Through layered pigments, subtle textures, and diffused light effects, the work explores the relationship between material and immaterial space. Blue Confluence: Skies becomes less a static image and more an immersive experience of drifting perception, where boundaries between inner and outer worlds gradually dissolve.
