Delicious Anthurium

In “Delicious Anthurium”, a 38 × 38 × 10 cm relief, I utilize galvanized wire mesh to recreate the iconic silhouette of the Anthurium flower. The golden, mesh “petals” provide a delicate, translucent texture that contrasts sharply with the bold, dripping pink accents of the spadices. The piece is a tactile exploration of artifice versus nature, capturing a sense of frozen, vibrant growth.
