Itai Doshin

Itai Doshin is a Japanese Buddhist term meaning " many in body , one in mind " or " different bodies, same spirit ". It describes perfect unity and harmony , where individuals with diverse talents, characters ,and roles work together towards a single, shared purpose , achieving greater goals than they could alone.Symbolically represented in this instance by the shoaling fish and the water in which they swim .
