Cesare Catania is an Italian contemporary artist, painter, sculptor and engineer whose practice merges fine art, monumental public sculpture and phygital experimentation. His works have been exhibited across Europe, including the Venice Biennale 2024, Venice Film Festival 2023, in Saint paul de Vence during the Biennale period in 2017, Tuscany and Monte Carlo, Lugano, London, ecc..... Known as a “multi-instrumentalist of figuration,” Catania blends traditional craftsmanship with structural engineering and digital languages. His monumental series The Heart of the Earth and the Embrace Project—the latter inspiring an award-winning short film with over 50 international prizes—explore human connection, matter and imagination through an inclusive, cross-cultural perspective.
