She advocates the principle of "no-self, all things are interconnected" — entering a state of "non-self" through pre-creative meditation, establishing profound connections with all beings. The vital energy flowing through darkness is transformed into dynamic, abstract life forms upon her canvas: ocean waves, mountain rocks, sun and moon, stars — a practice of healing through creation and meditation.

A childhood passion for nature deepened during a three-month convalescence — daily meditation amid forests and tides unexpectedly restored her health.
