Kalli Kalmet is an Estonian artist and art teacher whose practice combines artistic work and education. For more than ten years she has worked with children and young people while maintaining her own painting practice. Her work draws on personal experience, everyday life and travel, transforming observed moments into visual narratives. Working primarily in oil painting, she combines figurative observation with an interest in colour, narrative and experimentation across techniques.
