Nhung Pham is a self-taught artist based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Working primarily in oil, her practice explores the moment before perception settles into recognition. Through the shifting relations of light, shadow, and familiar forms, her paintings slow the impulse to immediately identify what is seen. Images emerge, dissolve, and reorganize through the act of looking, inviting viewers to remain in the interval where perception stays open rather than resolves into a fixed identity.
Her work has been exhibited at Annam Art Fair in Ho Chi Minh City (2025, 2026) and was selected for the 77th Annual Summer Exhibition of the Chelsea Art Society in London (2026).
