Man-Wo-Man explores the male–female relationship not as a social construct, but as an existential polarity embodied within a single sculptural organism. A reclining female figure appears open, vulnerable, and receptive, while a male form emerges from the same physical continuum — tense, vigilant, and driven by an opposing impulse. Rather than depicting man and woman as separate entities, the work reveals a field of attraction and resistance, intimacy and conflict, dependence and desire. Both figures are bound to one another, sharing the same body while remaining irreducibly distinct. The sculpture reflects the fundamental paradox of human relationships: the longing for union and the impossibility of complete fusion. The body becomes a stage where love, vulnerability, power, deception and separation unfold simultaneously, exposing the fragile balance between otherness and belonging
