Antonina Bormova is a Ukrainian artist living and working in Berlin.
Born in 1990 in Dolynska, Ukraine, she graduated from the Faculty of Art and Graphics at a pedagogical university in Ukraine, specializing in Design and Visual Arts. Her professional background includes digital design, print media, and decorative and applied arts.
In 2022, she was forced to relocate to Germany and has since lived and worked in Berlin. Since 2025, painting on canvas has been the primary focus of her practice.
Bormova collaborates with Art Voyage Gallery in Zofingen, Switzerland. In 2026, she participated in the group exhibition “Collectors’ Favorites” in Zofingen.
Her practice explores inner psychological states and the interplay between personal desires, fears, and social expectations. Her paintings combine symbolic imagery and emotionally expressive figuration with a vivid use of color.
