Georgia, 1963
Born in Georgia in 1963, he studied art in Georgia and Ukraine - both then Soviet republics. After finishing his studies, he lectured at an art school in Georgia while developing his painting. Forced to emigrate to Ukraine due to war and post-war crisis, there, however, everything he was fleeing from caught up with him. He now creates art in Ukraine and Poland. His main themes are alienation and emigration.
